Explore the Job Pipeline

A tour of a job's pipeline in Recruitera — the Pipeline board, Filters, Activity, Notes, Custom links, and Reports tabs.

Every published job has a pipeline — the workspace where you manage the candidates for that job. This article is a map of it so you know where things are. Opening a job's pipeline needs permission to view the job; acting on candidates needs the relevant candidate permissions.

Before you start

  • Required role: a role that can view the job (candidate actions need candidate permissions)

  • Where to find it: Jobs → click a published job's title (drafts open the editor instead)

The header

The top of the pipeline shows the job's title, location, and work model, with Edit, the status control, Share, and Preview on the right, plus the members assigned to the job.

The Pipeline board

The default tab is the candidate board, organized by stage (for example Applied, Phone Interview, Hire). From here you can:

  • Switch between Qualified and Disqualified candidates.

  • Narrow to My candidates or Shared with me, and change the sort order.

  • Use + Add candidates to bring people into the pipeline.

  • Review the AI Matching candidates column — suggested people from your talent pools and other jobs, each with a match score, that you can Add individually or assign all at once.

The Pipeline board

The other tabs

  • Filters — a filterable view of the job's candidates for deeper searching.

  • Activity — a record of what's happened in the pipeline.

  • Notes — job-level notes for your team.

  • Custom links — named tracking links for the job (see Create referral links for a job).

  • Reports — hiring metrics for this job (time to hire, source performance, funnel conversion). This tab is marked coming soon.

💡 Detailed candidate work — profiles, scoring, moving and disqualifying candidates — is covered in the Candidate Management guides.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I open the pipeline for a draft job?

Drafts don't have a pipeline yet — clicking a draft's title opens the editor instead. Publish the job first, then its title opens the pipeline.
