When you've finished with a filtered view, you can peel back one filter at a time or reset everything at once. Available to anyone who can view the job.
Before you start
Available to: anyone who can view the job (Admins, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers)
Where to find it: open a job's pipeline → Filters tab → the FILTERS rail
Ways to clear
Deselect a value — untick an option to drop just that value from a filter.
Remove a whole filter — click the ✕ on that filter's section header in the sidebar.
Clear everything — click Clear at the bottom of the sidebar to reset all filters at once.
💡 Clearing filters doesn't clear the search bar. If the list still looks narrowed, empty the search box too.
Frequently asked questions
Does Clear remove my search term too?
No — Clear resets the filter sidebar only. Clear the search bar separately to return to the full candidate list.
Will clearing filters affect my teammates?
No. Your filters are yours — clearing them only changes your own view of the pipeline.
