How persistence works
Kept per job for your session — your active filters and search are remembered for that job during your browser session. Leave to open a candidate, go to Jobs, and come back, and your last view is restored.
Carried in the URL — the filters and search live in the address bar, so copying the URL shares the exact filtered view with a colleague.
A shared link wins — if you open a link that already carries its own filters, they're used as-is rather than being overwritten by your last session.
💡 Persistence is scoped to your browser session — it isn't a saved preset. Closing the browser or clearing site data resets it.

Will my filters still be there when I come back to the job?
Yes, within the same browser session — your filters for that job are restored when you return, even if you leave to open a candidate or visit another page.
If I send someone my link, will they see the same filtered list?
Yes — the filters and search are in the URL, so the link opens the same filtered view for them (as long as they can view the job).
