How to Set Up the Employee Hub in Recruitera

Learn how to set up the Employee Hub in Recruitera — let employees access the app through a verified company email domain and tailor the registration form per workforce type.

The Employee Hub lets your own employees open the app through your company — anyone signing up with an email at a verified company domain is recognized as an employee — and lets you tailor the registration form for each workforce type. This action is available to Admins.

Before you start

  • Required role: Admin

  • Where to find it: Settings → Workflow → Employee Hub

Turn the Employee Hub on

Use the master switch next to the "Employee hub" title to turn the hub on. While it's off, the domain list and forms below are visible but disabled, so any configuration you've done is kept for when you turn it back on.

Add a verified company email domain

  1. On the Company email domain tab, type a domain in Add domain (for example, company.com) and click Add.

  2. Once verified, the domain shows a Verified badge. Anyone who signs up with an email at that domain is recognized as an employee and can open the app through your company.

  3. Remove a domain with the ✕ next to it.

Customize the registration form

On the Customize form tab, tailor what employees are asked for when they register, per workforce type. Use it to collect the details you need from each kind of employee.

Frequently asked questions

What does a verified domain do?

It's how Recruitera recognizes your employees. Anyone signing up with an email at a verified company domain is treated as an employee and can access the app through your company.

What happens when I turn the Employee Hub off?

The hub stops working for employees, but your domains and form configuration stay saved and visible (just disabled), so you can turn it back on later without redoing the setup.
