Settings is where you configure Recruitera for your whole company — your brand and structure, how hiring works, your reusable templates, your team's access, and your own account. This is a quick tour of the five groups so you know where each thing lives. What you can change in each depends on your role.
Company
Your company identity and structure: Company Details, Locations, Departments, Job Titles, Candidate Blacklist, Integrations, and your Career Site. A good place to start is How to Set Up Your Company Profile.
Workflow
How candidates move through hiring: Stage Types, Tags & Sources, Disqualify Reasons, Hiring Rules, Public Links, Requisition Approvals, and the Employee Hub.
Templates
The reusable pieces you attach to jobs and candidates: Pipelines, Jobs, Screening Questions, Evaluation Forms, Email, Offer Letters, and Benefits. Set these up once and reuse them everywhere.
Team & Roles
Who has access and what they can do: Team Members (the people) and Hiring Roles (the permission matrix). See How to Navigate Team & Roles.
My Account
Your own profile, notifications, and password — separate from company settings. See How to Access Account Settings.
💡 Company-wide settings (Company, Workflow, Templates, Team & Roles) are typically managed by Admins, while My Account is yours alone.
