When you edit a job, it opens in the job editor — a set of tabs (down the left side) that hold everything about that job. This article explains what each tab is for so you know where to find things. Editing a job needs the manage-jobs permission.
Before you start
Required role: a role with the Manage jobs permission
Where to find it: Jobs → Edit a job (a draft's title also opens the editor; a published job's title opens its pipeline instead)
The six tabs
Job details — title, department, work model, location, tags, description and requirements (with AI generation), benefits, salary range, and internal settings like the number of open positions and priority.
Application — the candidate information fields you collect, how applications can arrive (including employee referral and WhatsApp), the auto-confirmation email, and your Screening Questions (with knockout).
Team — who works this job and their per-job role, stage visibility, notifications, and Auto-Distribute Candidates.
Workflow — the pipeline stages a candidate moves through for this job and the automations on each stage, plus Screening and matching candidates — the AI scoring weights (Skills, Keywords, and more) the system uses to score applicants.
Social Sharing — the SEO title, description, and image, plus per-platform share links with source attribution.
Cross Posting — publish the job to external platforms like LinkedIn, Google for Jobs, and Wuzzuf.
💡 Each tab saves on its own — there's no single "save the whole job" step — so you can fill them in any order and come back later.

Where do I manage candidates for a job?
Candidates live in the job's pipeline (open a published job's title), not in the editor. The editor is for configuring the job itself. See Explore the Job Pipeline.
