A talent pool is a group of candidates you want to keep and nurture outside any single job — silver-medalists, future hires, people you met at an event, or a bench for a department. When a role opens, you move them from the pool into the job.
Where to find talent pools
Open Talent pools from the sidebar. (It's a plan feature — if you don't see it, it isn't on your plan.)
The talent pools list
The list shows your pools as cards, with:
Active / Archived tabs
An All / Followed scope, search, and filters
Each card's name and a subtitle (its department or event), and a menu to open, edit, archive, follow, or copy its form link
Pool types
Department — a pool tied to a department (e.g. a bench of engineers).
Event — a pool for people from a specific event (named after it).
General Application — a system pool that collects general applications from your career site (see The General Applications Pool).
💡 Follow the pools you care about to keep them under the Followed scope for quick access.
