Open a talent pool to work with the people in it. The pool page shows its candidates and an activity log.
Open a pool
On the Talent pools list, click a pool to open it. Click any candidate to open their full profile.
Move a candidate to a job or another pool
In the pool's candidate table, open a candidate's row action.
Choose Move, then pick the destination — a job (to put them into its pipeline) or another talent pool.
Confirm.
This is how a pooled candidate becomes an applicant when a role opens.
Remove a candidate from the pool
Use the row action to remove someone from the pool. This only takes them out of this pool — it doesn't delete the candidate or affect any job they're in.
