When someone applies to your company through your career site's general application — rather than to a specific job — they land in the General Application pool. It's a system pool that Recruitera provisions for you; you don't create it.
Finding it
It appears in your Talent pools list alongside your own pools, and opens the same way. Turn the general-application CTA on for your career site under Settings → Company → Career Site — see Publish Your Career Site and Turn On General Applications.
What the pool shows
Because a general applicant hasn't applied to a specific role, this pool has its own columns: Candidate Name, Job Applied For, Applied Via, Average Score, and Date of Application.
Moving applicants into a job
The one action here is Move to job — when a general applicant fits an open role, move them into that job's pipeline. The pool itself is locked, so candidates can't be removed from it or moved to another pool; they simply move on to a job when there's a fit.
