When you need to act on many candidates at once, select them on the Candidates list and use the bulk bar.
Act in bulk
Tick the checkbox on each candidate you want (or select all).
A bulk bar appears with the actions available for your selection — for example assigning them to a job or talent pool, tagging, or deleting.
Choose an action and confirm.
Undo
After a bulk action runs, Recruitera tells you what changed and — when something did change — offers an Undo so you can reverse a mistake straight away.
💡 Bulk actions respect your permissions: you'll only see the actions you're allowed to perform.
