As a candidate progresses, you move them through the job's pipeline stages. You can do it from their profile or on the pipeline board.
From the candidate profile
Open the profile.
In the sidebar's Candidate History, find the job.
Click Proceed to advance them to the next stage, or use the stage control to pick a stage.
Because a candidate can be in several jobs, each one moves independently here.
From the pipeline board
Open the job's pipeline.
Drag the candidate's card into the new stage.
What happens after a move
The candidate shows in the new stage immediately.
Any automations on that stage (emails, questionnaires, tasks) run.
The move is recorded in the candidate's Activity trail.
