The Pipelines report shows how candidates flow through your hiring stages — where they progress, where they drop off, and how long each stage takes. It's the report to open when you want to find a bottleneck.
Navigating to the Pipelines report
1. Go to Reports in the left navigation.
2. Select Pipelines in the Reports sidebar.
Reading the scorecards
Interviewed — candidates with an interview in the selected range.
Offered — candidates sent an offer in the range.
Hired — candidates hired in the range.
Reading the charts and table
Pipeline events over time — Applied, Active, and Hired candidates by stage-entry date.
Candidates per stage — how many active candidates sit in each stage right now.
Proceed rate per stage — a table with, per stage: Entered, Progressed, Proceed rate, and Drop-off. The stage with the highest drop-off is flagged as Biggest drop-off — that's your bottleneck.
Avg time to reach stage — average days from first stage entry to reaching each stage.
Avg time spent per stage — average days candidates spend in a stage before leaving it.
📌 Note: A low proceed rate combined with a high average time in the same stage is a strong bottleneck signal — candidates are getting stuck there, not just rejected. |
