The Disqualifications report shows where and why candidates leave your pipeline — how many are disqualified, how quickly, how many are knocked out automatically, and the stages, reasons, and sources behind it.
Navigating to the Disqualifications report
1. Go to Reports in the left navigation.
2. Select Disqualifications in the Reports sidebar.
Reading the scorecards
Total disqualified — candidates disqualified in the selected range.
Time to disqualify — average days from applied to disqualified.
Auto-disqualified — candidates removed automatically by a knockout question.
Reading the charts
Disqualifications over time — disqualifications by disqualified date.
Disqualifications per stage — the stage candidates were in when disqualified.
Drop-off rate per stage — disqualified over entered, per stage.
Disqualification reasons — the reasons recruiters chose, most common first.
Disqualifications per source — which sources produce the most disqualified candidates.
