The Candidates report is about the people entering your pipeline — how many are applying, where they come from, how many qualify, and which sources actually convert to hires.
Navigating to the Candidates report
1. Go to Reports in the left navigation.
2. Select Candidates in the Reports sidebar.
Reading the scorecards
New candidates — candidates who applied in the selected range.
Moved forward — candidates who moved out of the entry stage.
Disqualified — candidates disqualified in the range.
Overdue — candidates currently past their stage time limit.
Reading the charts and table
Candidates over time by origin — new candidates by applied date, split into Applied, Sourced, and Referred.
New candidates by status — the qualified vs disqualified split.
Candidates per source — where your applicants come from.
Hires per source — of the candidates who applied, which sources led to hires (applied cohort, hired).
Qualified candidates per job — a table showing, per job, the number Qualified, Disqualified, and Hired.
💡 Tip: Read Candidates per source next to Hires per source — a source with lots of applicants but few hires is high-volume, low-quality. See How to Filter and Export Your Report. |
