How to Use the Evaluations Report in Recruitera

Read the Evaluations report in Recruitera — completed evaluations, evaluated candidates, average score, score distribution, and per-evaluator and per-source breakdowns.

The Evaluations report shows how your team is scoring candidates — how many evaluations are being submitted, the average scores, how scores are distributed, and how quickly evaluations get done.

Navigating to the Evaluations report

1. In the left navigation, click Reports.

2. In the Reports sidebar, select Evaluations.

Reading the scorecards

  • Completed evaluations — evaluations submitted in the period.

  • Evaluated candidates — the number of distinct candidates who received at least one evaluation.

  • Avg candidate score — the average score across all submissions in the period.

Reading the charts

  • Evaluations over time — submissions by submitted date.

  • Score distribution — how scores are spread across the score scale.

  • Avg score per team member — the average score each evaluator gives, useful for spotting harsh or lenient scorers.

  • Evaluation request status — where requested evaluations stand.

  • Avg time to evaluate — average time from request to submission.

  • Avg score per source — average candidate score by candidate source, to see which channels bring higher-rated candidates.

💡 Tip: Compare Avg score per team member to keep scoring consistent across interviewers. See How to Filter and Export Your Report to focus on one job or team.

📌 Note: Only submitted evaluations count toward scores. Requested-but-not-submitted evaluations show under Evaluation request status, not in the averages.
