The Hires report measures your hiring output — how many people you hired, how long it took, and how that breaks down by job, department, source, and recruiter.
Navigating to the Hires report
1. Go to Reports in the left navigation.
2. Select Hires in the Reports sidebar.
Reading the scorecards
Total hires — candidates hired in the selected range.
Time to hire — average days from applied to hired.
Time to start — average days from offer accepted to start date.
Reading the charts
Hires over time — hires by hired date.
Hires per job — which openings produced hires.
Hires per department — where hiring is landing across the org.
Hires per source — which channels convert to actual hires.
Hires per recruiter — hires by the job-team recruiter.
Avg time to hire per recruiter — average applied-to-hired time by recruiter.
📌 Note: Time to hire counts from the candidate's application date; Time to start counts from offer acceptance — so a fast time to hire can still have a long time to start if notice periods are long. |
💡 Tip: Compare Hires per source here with Disqualifications per source to see which channels bring quality, not just volume. See How to Filter and Export Your Report. |
