Recruitera's Templates section in Settings is your central library for all reusable content across the hiring process — from candidate communications to evaluation scorecards and pipeline structures. In the Settings module, you can search, sort, and navigate across five template types from one unified view. Available to Admins and Recruiters depending on the template type.
Before you start
Where to find it: Settings → Templates
Template types available: Email Templates, Application Forms, Pipeline Templates, Evaluation Forms, Questionnaire Templates
How to navigate the Templates section in Recruitera
Go to Settings → Templates from the left sidebar.
Use the sub-navigation tabs at the top to switch between template types:
Email Templates — reusable candidate communication messages
Application Forms — custom forms candidates fill in when applying
Pipeline Templates — reusable hiring stage sequences for new jobs
Evaluation Forms — structured scorecards for interviewer assessments
Questionnaire Templates — mid-pipeline forms sent to candidates automatically
How to search for a template in Recruitera
Each template type has its own search bar at the top of the list. Recruitera supports real-time search by template name — results filter as you type. Use this to find a specific template quickly when your library grows large.
How to sort templates in Recruitera
Recruitera supports column-based sorting across all template lists. Click any sortable column header to sort:
Name — A to Z or Z to A
Created Date — newest first or oldest first
Last Updated — most recently edited first
Click the same column header again to reverse the sort order. Use pagination controls at the bottom of the list to navigate across large template libraries.
💡 Recruitera keeps each template type in a separate tab — this prevents Email Templates from cluttering your Pipeline Templates list and keeps each category focused and easy to navigate.
