Recruitera's questionnaire filter lets you filter candidates by whether they have received a questionnaire and whether they have submitted a response. This helps you track follow-up completion and identify candidates who need a reminder — without manually checking each profile.

Questionnaire filter options
Recruitera's Questionnaire filter section includes two conditions:
Has Received Questionnaire — shows candidates who have been sent a questionnaire
Has Not Received Questionnaire — shows candidates who have not yet been sent any questionnaire
Has Answered Questionnaire — shows candidates who received and submitted a completed questionnaire response
Has Not Answered Questionnaire — shows candidates who received a questionnaire but have not submitted a response yet
How to filter by questionnaire status
Open the filter sidebar in Table view.
Expand the Questionnaire section.
Select the condition that matches what you want to find.
The table updates instantly to show matching candidates.
💡 The most useful combination is filtering by "Has Received Questionnaire" AND "Has Not Answered Questionnaire" — this gives you a clean list of candidates who need a follow-up nudge to complete their questionnaire before you can progress them.

How do I find candidates who haven't responded to my questionnaire in Recruitera?
To find candidates who have not responded to a questionnaire in Recruitera, open the filter sidebar in Table view, expand the Questionnaire section, and select Has Not Answered Questionnaire. This shows all candidates who were sent a questionnaire but have not yet submitted their response — giving you a focused list for follow-up. You can combine this with a Stage filter to narrow to a specific point in your pipeline.
What is the difference between "Has Received" and "Has Answered" in Recruitera's questionnaire filter?
In Recruitera, Has Received Questionnaire means the candidate was sent a questionnaire link — whether or not they opened or completed it. Has Answered Questionnaire means the candidate received the questionnaire and submitted a completed response. The gap between these two groups is your pending follow-up list — candidates who were sent the questionnaire but have not yet responded.
Can I filter by a specific questionnaire in Recruitera?
Recruitera's questionnaire filter currently covers questionnaire receipt and completion status overall — it does not filter by a specific questionnaire template. If a job has multiple questionnaires sent across different pipeline stages, the filter reflects whether any questionnaire was received or answered. To review responses for a specific questionnaire, open individual candidate profiles and check the Questionnaires tab.
