Your Free Trial

How the Recruitera free trial works — the Dashboard countdown, what happens when it ends, and how to keep your access.

If your company is on a free trial, Recruitera shows you exactly where you stand and how long you have left. This article explains the trial countdown, what happens when the trial ends, and how to keep your access.

Where you see your trial

While your trial is active, a banner sits at the top of your Dashboard with a countdown — for example "Your free trial ends in 5 days." When only the current day is left, it reads "Your free trial ends today."

The banner can't be dismissed — it stays on the Dashboard for the length of your trial so the deadline is always clear. It only appears for companies on a trial; paid customers don't see it.

What happens when the trial ends

Once your trial period is over, the banner changes to "Your free trial has ended." After that point, access is paused — the next time you sign in, Recruitera will tell you your subscription has expired and you won't be able to enter the workspace until you upgrade.

Your data isn't lost. Upgrading restores your jobs, pipelines, and candidate history exactly as you left them.

How to keep your access

To move from a trial onto a paid plan, contact the Recruitera support team or your account manager — the trial banner links straight to them. They'll confirm the right plan for your team and activate it.

For a breakdown of what each plan includes, see Recruitera Plans Explained, and for the upgrade process see How to Upgrade Your Plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get more time on my trial?

Trial length is set by the Recruitera team. If you need more time to evaluate, contact your account manager or the support team before your trial ends — they can advise on your options.

Will I lose my data when the trial ends?

No. Your workspace is paused, not deleted. When you upgrade, your jobs, pipelines, and candidate history come back exactly as they were.
