Searching in Recruitera

Use the global search bar to jump to candidates, jobs, and settings from anywhere.

The search bar at the top of Recruitera is the fastest way to get anywhere. It searches across your candidates, jobs, and settings at once.

How to use it

  1. Click the search bar at the top of the screen (it's centered in the header).

  2. Start typing a candidate's name, a job title, or a setting.

  3. Pick a result to jump straight to it.

💡 For deeper candidate searches — Boolean queries, filters, and saved views — use the search on the Candidates list or a job's Filters tab.
