The Jobs report shows how your job openings are performing — how many are published, filled, and closed, how fast they fill, and how that breaks down by department. It's the first report in the Reports module and the one you land on by default.
Navigating to the Jobs report
1. In the left navigation, click Reports.
2. In the Reports sidebar, select Jobs (it opens by default).
Reading the scorecards
The cards at the top give you the headline numbers for the selected date range. Each card names the metric and the date basis it uses.
Published — jobs published in the period.
Filled — jobs marked filled in the period.
Closed — jobs closed in the period.
Fill rate — filled over (filled + closed), i.e. how many of the jobs that ended were actually filled.
Time to fill — average days from publish to filled.
Time to close — average days from publish to closed.
Reading the charts
Job activity over time — a trend line of Published, Filled, and Closed jobs by status-change date.
Open time per job — how long each job has been open (job open since), longest first — a quick way to spot stale openings.
Fill rate per job — hired over positions for each job, so you can see which roles are fully staffed and which aren't.
Published jobs by department and Filled jobs by department — where your hiring activity and results are concentrated.

📌 Note: If a card or chart shows "No data in this period" or "Nothing in this period," try a wider date range or clear a filter — the report only counts events inside the selected window. |
