▶ New Reports Module Overview Walkthrough |
How to Navigate to Reports
1. Log in to your Recruitera account.
2. In the left navigation, click Reports.
3. You'll land on the Hiring Funnel report by default.
4. Use the left sidebar to switch between Hiring Funnel, Disqualification, Hires, and Candidates.
What's in the Reports Module
The Reports module gives you four dedicated analytics views, each built around a different part of your hiring workflow. You'll find it in the main navigation under Reports.
• Hiring Funnel — Track candidate movement through each stage, conversion rates, and how fast you're filling roles.
• Disqualification — Understand where and why candidates are being rejected, and which sources generate the most disqualified profiles.
• Hires — Measure your team's hiring output, time-to-hire, and recruiter-level performance.
• Candidates — Evaluate sourcing channel effectiveness — which sources generate the most hires versus disqualified candidates.
What Each Report Contains
Every report in the module follows the same layout pattern, which makes it easy to read once you know the structure.
• Scorecards at the top — Key metrics displayed as individual cards for a quick summary before you look at the detail.
• Data table in the middle — A breakdown by stage, source, or recruiter depending on which report you're in.
• Charts at the bottom — Visual representation of trends, distributions, or patterns in the data.
📌 Note: All four reports support filtering by Date, Department, Job, and Team Member. You can apply one filter or combine multiple. See Article 6 for a full guide on filtering and printing. |
Who Can Access Reports
The Reports module is available on all Recruitera plans — no upgrade or additional setup required.
Access is role-based, which means you're in control of who sees what. Team members, hiring managers, and any custom roles in your account can be granted or restricted from viewing reports depending on how your team is set up. If someone can't see the Reports section, check their role permissions in your account settings.

💡 Tip: If you need to share a report with your hiring manager or leadership, use the Print button in the top right of any report. You can choose which sections to include. See Article 6 for step-by-step instructions. |
