Add Your Hiring Managers’ Interview Availability

Before scheduling interviews or sending self-scheduling links to candidates, you’ll need to make sure your hiring managers’ availability is set up. This helps candidates pick from real-time available slots — avoiding double bookings or endless back-and-forth messages.

Go to Your Time Schedule

From your dashboard, head to: Sidebar → Time Schedule

Here, you’ll find all existing interview schedule links.
To create a new one, click + New Schedule Link.

💡 Think of each link as an availability window that can be reused across jobs or departments.

Add Your Hiring Managers as Interviewers

Once the form opens:

  1. Fill in your Schedule Info — name, meeting type (On-site / Google Meet), duration, and date range

  2. Click + Add Interviewer on the right-hand side.

  3. Select your Hiring Manager(s) from the list and hit Submit.

They’ll appear under Interviewers instantly.

💡 You can add multiple interviewers if a panel is needed — each can have their own availability settings.

Set Availability Days and Hours

Next, for each hiring manager, simply tick the days they’re available and set their time ranges.
For example:

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

You can even add multiple slots per day if they prefer breaks between interviews.

💡 This makes your self-scheduling links dynamic — once a slot is booked, it’s automatically removed from the calendar.

Customize and Save Your Link

You can name your link based on the department, seniority, or job type — like “Tech Team Availability” or “HR Manager Interviews.” Then, click Set Interview to save.

These links can later be shared manually with candidates or connected to automated emails in your hiring workflows.

Why It’s Useful

  • Keeps your team’s calendars organized and visible.

  • Helps candidates book interviews faster, with no overlaps.

  • Saves recruiters from manual scheduling chaos.
