Navigating to the Hires Report
1. Go to Reports in the left navigation.
2. Click Hires in the left sidebar.
Reading the Scorecards
• Hired Candidates — Total number of candidates successfully hired within the selected period.
• Days to Hire — Average time from a candidate's application submission to when they were marked as hired.
• Days to Fill — Average time from when a job was published to when it was filled.
• Days to Action — Average time between a candidate being hired and the recruiter's first follow-up action after hiring.
• Active Jobs — Total number of jobs currently in active status at the time of the report.
💡 Tip: Days to Hire and Days to Fill measure different things. Days to Hire tracks the candidate journey. Days to Fill tracks the job vacancy window. A low Days to Hire alongside a high Days to Fill suggests the job was open for a long time before finding the right candidate — not that the process was slow once it started. |
Reading the Hires per Source Chart
The donut chart shows which sourcing channels are generating your successful hires — not just your applications. Use this alongside the Disqualified by Source chart in the Disqualification report to get a complete picture of each channel's quality.
📌 Note: A channel with a high application volume but low share of the Hires donut is generating quantity without quality. Consider whether your investment in that channel matches the returns. |
Reading the Recruiter Performance Table
The Recruiter Performance table gives you a side-by-side comparison of every recruiter on your team. Each row is one recruiter.
• Recruiter — The team member's name.
• Active Jobs — Number of open jobs currently assigned to this recruiter.
• Total Hires — Number of candidates this recruiter has successfully hired within the selected period.
• Avg TTH (Days) — This recruiter's average time-to-hire.
• Avg TTF (Days) — This recruiter's average time-to-fill.
• Offer Created % — Percentage of candidates who reached the Offer stage and had an offer created for them.
• Offer Accepted % — Percentage of offers extended by this recruiter that were accepted.
💡 Tip: Filter the Hires report by Team Member to isolate a single recruiter's metrics across all views. This is useful for individual performance reviews or identifying where a recruiter might need support. |
