Navigating to the Candidates Report

1. Go to Reports in the left navigation.

2. Click Candidates in the left sidebar.

Reading the Scorecards

Hiring Sources — The total number of distinct sourcing channels contributing candidates to your pipeline.

Total Candidates — Total number of candidates across all sources within the selected period.

Hire Rate % — The percentage of all candidates who were successfully hired. Calculated as Total Hires ÷ Total Candidates × 100.

Reading the Source Performance Table

The Source Performance table gives you a direct comparison of every sourcing channel's output. Each row is one source.

Source Name — The name of the sourcing channel (Career Site, Added Manually, Referred by Employee, etc.).

Hired — The number of candidates from this source who were successfully hired.

Disqualified — The number of candidates from this source who were disqualified.

💡 Tip: Pair this table with the Disqualified by Source chart in the Disqualification report for the fullest picture. The Candidates report shows absolute numbers. The Disqualification report shows proportional drop-off. Together, they tell you which channels are worth investing in.

📌 Note: If a source shows zero Hired and zero Disqualified, it may be a channel that's generating applications still in the pipeline — or one where applications were added but no action has been taken. Filter by Date to confirm.
