How to Use the Interviews Report in Recruitera

Read the Interviews report in Recruitera — interviews completed, candidates interviewed, interview hours, and breakdowns by type, duration, and recruiter.

The Interviews report shows your interviewing activity — how many interviews happened, how many candidates were interviewed, how much time your team spent, and how that splits by type and by recruiter.

Navigating to the Interviews report

1. In the left navigation, click Reports.

2. In the Reports sidebar, select Interviews.

Reading the scorecards

  • Interviews completed — interviews completed in the period.

  • Candidates interviewed — the number of distinct candidates interviewed (one candidate with two interviews counts once).

  • Interview hours — total completed interview duration across the period.

Reading the charts

  • Interviews over time — interviews by interview date.

  • Interviews by type — the split across Online, On-site, Phone, and Other.

  • Interviews by duration — interviews grouped into duration buckets (in minutes).

  • Interviews per recruiter — count by the interview organizer.

  • Interview hours per recruiter — total time by interviewer, so you can see interviewing load across the team.

💡 Tip: Filter by Recruiter or Department to review interviewing load for one person or team. See How to Filter and Export Your Report.

📌 Note: Only completed interviews count toward these numbers. Scheduled interviews that haven't happened yet aren't included.
